- Sharing all your knowledge to help others learn and grow.
- Being a team player and being there for your team in all aspects of the job.
- The ability to turn information into action.
- Strong communication skills and building trust
- And of course having company core values
What is one of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your career?
Having a co-worker hinder my ability to prosper and move up.
