Supplier Code of Conduct

Heritage is committed to conducting business in compliance with ethical standards and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Heritage conducts business with third party partners, providers, and their authorized and approved subcontractors (“Suppliers”) to deliver products and services to Heritage and its customers. Heritage strives to actively pursue and engage with Suppliers which share a commitment to safety, integrity, and compliance. Additionally, Heritage expects and holds its Suppliers accountable for conducting business honestly and responsibly at all times, whether on Heritage property, on Heritage customer property, or throughout normal operations.

Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

All Heritage third party partners, providers, and their authorized and approved subcontractors (“Suppliers”) agree to, and will be bound by, the Heritage terms and conditions set forth herein. If mutually agreed upon terms and conditions currently exist between Supplier and Heritage, those terms and conditions supersede the terms and conditions set forth herein. Additionally, all Supplier transactions conducted via Pcard will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
