At the service centers, you will learn about our technical services offerings supported by traveling teams of chemists that visit our industrial customers each day to pack chemicals for Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant transport and provide environmental assistance (such as RCRA inspections and waste consolidations/profiling). You will also learn from our logistics managers who coordinate the shipments of waste coming in and out of our facilities. In addition, you will learn from our project managers and upper-level management about how our work impacts the economic drivers of our business.
Finally, at our plant facilities, you will learn more about how we accept and process waste. Depending upon your degree, you may work alongside our engineers to assist on capital projects to upgrade existing or install new plant processes. You will also be provided with training in multiple areas within the plant, such as the lab, maintenance, control room, container, bulk storage, and much more!
In the finance and accounting program track, you will be immersed in three different roles where you will be able to provide valuable support to the business while gaining well-rounded experience in corporate finance, accounting, and transactional business fundamentals.
The rotations are designed to provide an opportunity for you to have direct responsibility and on-the-job experience in financial analysis, business partnership, internal controls, risk management, transactional accounting/financial reporting, and ad-hoc projects/analyses to provide insights to the business.
