As states continue to open back up, and people head back to work, many workplaces are requiring the use of preventative PPE such as disposable masks and gloves to prevent disease. Once used, this PPE creates a new disposal challenge. Many entities are seeking a secure destruction option for this waste.
Heritage has developed a program to ensure a safe, secure transportation and disposal of preventative PPE. Our Preventative PPE Disposal Program diverts this wastestream from landfill to a waste energy facility where it will be thermally destroyed. This ensures safe and compliant destruction while creating energy and decreasing the amount of material in our landfills.
