EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – Heritage Thermal Service President Christopher T. Pherson presented an iPad to Tammy Blackburn, director of The Way Station in East Liverpool. The device will help the social-services agency go paperless in tracking the assistance it provides to an average of 150 families each month.
“The Way Station now has the opportunity to utilize technology to make our food distribution, reduced-price clothing, diaper and emergency assistance programs more effective,” Blackburn said. “We very much appreciate Heritage Thermal Services assisting us with this effort.”
