This additional service line expands our truck capacity to provide a deeper level of strategic support throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Since its founding in 1979, Frank’s Vacuum Truck Service has established a reputation for safety and performance. Our freight brokerage service offers full coordination of full load and less-than-load (LTL) shipments of general commodity materials, backed by the confidence that only comes with personalized, full-service support.
To learn more about this new service offering, we spoke with Becky Adams, who has worked in brokerage for 23 years, and at Frank’s for seven. Frank’s full-service approach to brokerage sets them apart, Becky said. “Going the extra mile for the customer lets them know they can count on us to be there. They know if anything happens or if something is needed last minute we will take care of it, we will make things happen, and resolve all the issues,”
Becky said. “Any situation that may arise, we handle to make sure the outcome is to the benefit of all involved, operating ethically with transparency and integrity.”

Becky shared that a key part in the day-to-day business is striving to provide personalized and high-level partner support. “We discuss with our customers daily how their business is going. We will often give the customer cost-saving ideas on their transportation needs. We work with them on specialized projects and can give them insight on rates and current market situations around the country. We educate our customers on the different aspects of transportation and how using different modes of transportation as well as different equipment can help their bottom line as well as meet their clients’ needs,” Becky said.
