National Program Services

The Heritage National Program Services (NPS) group helps fulfill unique needs of customers with multiple sites nationwide. NPS provides custom programming to manage regulatory compliance, waste handling, collection, disposal and reporting at small sites that do not have a professionally trained environmental staff. Heritage's detailed and sophisticated program helps customers manage small amounts of waste generated from multiple locations. Our customers find these programs greatly improve environmental compliance and reduce current and future liabilities.

The NPS group manages approximately 1600 customer sites through a route-based system that generates about 2400 drums of waste per month. While each customer's requirements are unique, they all share basic elements that make this central management approach efficient. Each program is assigned a Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact for all issues related to the waste management program.
