Heritage's extensive national route system and our utilization of 10-day transfer stations ensure waste is transported and disposed of in a safe,
compliant and efficient manner. Our comprehensive coverage allows us to respond quickly to all your transportation needs.
National Route System
Heritage Transport operates a national routing system that utilizes 45 separate routes across the country. These routes run every 4-6 weeks to ensure every generator is picked up within the regulatory limits outlined for their generator status. Our route-based system uses van trailers to pick up containerized materials packaged in totes and smaller; however, HES transports materials in roll-off, dump trailers, tankers, vacuum trucks and rail throughout the U.S.
10-Day Transfer Station
To assist the movement of materials throughout the U.S., Heritage utilizes a 10-day transfer station business structure. The majority of our service centers that are not
RCRA permitted facilities are 10-day transfer stations. Materials are picked up and transported through this network and properly managed to ensure that waste is transported in a safe, compliant and efficient manner.
