Heritage Laboratories commitment to quality is measured by participation in various quality assessment programs and certifications. To manage the quality program, Heritage employs a full time dedicated quality assurance officer. The quality program not only ensures accurate and defensible testing results, they actually lower the total cost of an analytical program by ensuring the right things get done at the right time in the right way.
