Vacuum Truck Services
Heritage has wet vacuum trucks and high-velocity air vacuum trucks to handle all your liquid, solid and sludge removal needs.
Wet Vacuum Trucks
Heritage has multiple wet vacuum trucks designed for the removal of liquids, such as acids, caustics, oil and water as well as some light sludge. These trucks range in capacity from 3,000 to 5,000 gallons.
High Velocity
Heritage's high-velocity air vacuum trucks have a blower system with the capability of operating at 3,000-5,000 cfm at 27 inches of mercury for loading and 25 psi for unloading. The capacity of these trucks is typically 3,000
gallons. These trucks are designed to remove both wet and dry materials, including flammable liquids, paint sludges, oily sludges, powders and other hard-to-remove materials. Several trucks have automatic drum loading/cyclonic separator attachments that have the capability of loading vacuumed materials directly into drums, roll-off boxes or bags for subsequent storage or disposal. In some cases, this option eliminates the need to double-handle materials or decontaminate the truck.
Heritage maintains 20 cubic yard capacity vacuum roll-off boxes, which can be connected to the trucks to enable heavy sludges/solids to be directly deposited into the vacuum box. Again, this operation reduces the time required onsite to empty trucks and to decontaminate them.
