Expanded Service Offerings

Our vision is to continue to be seen in the marketplace as Solutions People. We achieve that goal by providing whatever services are needed to solve our customers' problems, using our own facilities, capabilities, research and development or the services of other approved third-party vendors and complementors.

For years, we've expanded our offerings, based on the needs of our customers. Whether developing a Parts Washer reuse program, finding an alternative to treatment for Etchant from the circuit board industry or Mercury recycling; Heritage strives to provide solutions for hazardous, industrial wastes and other customers' by-products. To better serve our customers, Heritage has expanded into many "non-traditional" services as well. Specific By-Product Management

Heritage provides by-product management (beyond traditional hazardous and industrial by-products) on an as-needed basis. This may involve services from a one-time need for recycling of an off spec product to an ongoing long-term management program for supplies. Product Line Offerings are developed based on needs and priorities of current manufacturing customers. Expanded Services provides solutions and alternatives to routine non-traditional service needs and allows Heritage to offer a full range of solutions, ranging from the most environmentally friendly solutions to the lowest-cost alternatives. Total By-Product Management

Heritage also provides total by-product management (beyond traditional hazardous and industrial by-products) for many customers. This may involve a full-time crew onsite, providing management of wastes services and/or providing leadership training, ISO team leaders, finding recycling solutions for alternative by-products, management of R&D initiatives, or developing a new technology or design. A few examples of company initiatives and solutions designed to meet our customers' needs include:

• Recent new technology developed to serve the steel industry to assist in improving solutions for providing total by-product management
• Expansion of our experience and capabilities for large offsite soil disposal needs for landfilling and incineration
• Design, build and operation of facilities to improve customer operations and performance
• Total By-Product management at individual locations, including such services as routine by-product services and management, satellite and reporting needs, recycling solutions, product destruction and/or recycling and onsite services.
