Company History

Heritage Environmental listened to the long-term changing needs of its customers and provided them a broader service offering in 2000. Developing the internal structure to offer comprehensive Byproduct Management created a separate service delivery model that called for a separate business unit -- Heritage Interactive Services.

In 2006, 51% stock ownership of Heritage Interactive Services was sold to two minority businessmen and the organization became an MBE under the direct management of our two partners. The DBA Allegiant Global Services was created to demonstrate this separate management structure. In 2010, 100% stock ownership returned to Heritage Environmental Services and effective January 1, 2011 the organization stopped the use of the DBA Allegiant Global Services and returned to its original corporate name.

Heritage Interactive Services continues to expand its business model of providing manufacturing support services across North America (United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico).
