The Heritage Environmental Information System (EIS) is an Internet-based program that gives our customers free access to their data on a 24-hour, on-demand basis. This web-based system provides a multitude of reports and information, including: waste disposal, shipment date, manifest information and invoice information. Information can be queried in several ways (i.e., specific generator, customer, location, corporate account, total customer). Additional services available through the EIS include:

• Prepare and submit wastestream profiles electronically
• Download report information to your system
• Interact with customer service electronically on such issues as profile approval status, quotation updates, manifest, labels and LDR forms, waste receipt and manifest tracking
